I almost didn’t go. The Entrepreneur Speaker Experience with my coach, mentor, and partner in success Marcus Y. Rosier was just days away, and life had been life-ing. We booked my ticket last minute, unsure if I could really make it. But I went…and I’m so glad I did. Because every time I travel, my worldview stretches. I don’t just see the people I’m called to serve; I get to meet a new version of me. When the host announced, “Coach Crisha is in the building,” the room erupted. Our clients screamed, cheered, and one even handed me a handwritten note and gift afterward. Their gratitude humbled me. It reminded me that obedience to purpose always multiplies impact. Lesson 1: The Difference Between Purpose and PotentialHere’s a snippet of my opening talk… During my talk Currency of Clarity, I held up two bills: a $20 USD and a $140 TTD. In Trinidad, that $20 USD equals around $140 TTD (actually less, but let’s go with it). Bring it home, and I’m “ballin’.” But if I bring my colorful $140 TTD here to the U.S., it looks valuable, yet you can’t cash it in anywhere. It doesn’t translate. That’s the difference between being in purpose and being in potential. Because clarity is currency. My Anology Lesson 2: Why Clarity Feels Risky (But Pays Off)Your brain is wired for safety, not purpose. Each time you invest in yourself, you’re literally creating new neural pathways for confidence and clarity. That’s why the reward always follows the risk. Lesson 3: Be the Original, Not the “Like” VersionEver see those imitation perfumes that really want to be Dior but instead read “inspired by Dior.” They borrow the packaging, scent profiles and event branding of the original so they appear very similar but will never carry the price of the original. Many entrepreneurs spend years being “like” someone else, close to authentic, but not clear enough to cash out their true value. The best you can be being “like” is close to. And YOU is enough Here’s What I Want You to Take Away:Every breakthrough in your business begins with one thing: clarity. Clarity of purpose. Clarity of message. Clarity of what you’re building. Without it, stages don’t book you, podcasts don’t call you, and offers don’t sell. Clarity is the first currency every Entrepreneur Speaker must master, because only originals convert everywhere. If this resonates, stay tuned. Next week I’ll be breaking down how to identify when you’re operating in potential instead of purpose, and how to fix it fast. Because the clearer you get, the more valuable you become. Your partner in purpose, planning and profit, P.S. There’s no Business Of Purpose Session Tomorrow you can catch up on Session 4 here |

Hey Reader, I know my Sunday note subject today probably has you curious. You're wondering, what are we going to do next? How is this even connected to purposeful inspiration this week. My mentor says "people invite you to do on their stage, what they see you doing on your own." Marcus Y. Rosier But....How on earth are you going to host your own event? What is this going to cost? Who will speak? What venue will you use? What will you say? I tend to always push people out of fixed mindsets....
Reader, another new week is ahead! Relationships matter; they’re an essential part of life. I think back to all those songs from the 90s and 2000s about being independent, as if it were a badge of honor. Quotes that said you didn't need anyone, only me, myself and I, that aren't founded in strong core values. But real strength lies in the truth that we are designed to be interdependent. When I got back from vacation, I had a rough week. My dad suddenly fell ill with a viral infection, which I...
