[Sunday Purpose Notes] Business has changed here are my BEST secrets....

It's true Reader, business has changed.

I usually don't go into my business bag for Sunday Purpose Notes but today is different.

I've noticed, and like you have been navigating some swift business changes.

I decided to share some of my best secrets to remain relevant and profitable in business in 2024.

You probably won't believe most of these...

You probably will doubt it is this simple...

You may be even tempted to overlook the simplicity of what I'm saying...

Oh well...

For those who are still reading and still curious to hear these secrets here goes.

  1. Purpose Profit Power Hour - its just as the name suggests. An hour that you purposefully set aside to take action that moves the profit needle of your business. This is NOT content creation, this is NOT reading, NOT listening to podcast, checking emails, thinking or even planning. It's the hour you take deliberate action that converts into cash. This can be asking for the sale, reaching out to possible business partners or investors. It's that action hour that moves the profit needle. Converting 60 minutes a day into ca$h.

Your business revenue should be predictable, but it can't be predictable with sporadic action. So stop right now, pull out you phone and set on your calendar an hour a day as your PPPO (purpose profit power hour). Do it everyday at the same time this week. Challenge accepted?

2. Silent & Active Mentors - do inventory on who you need and what you need. You should be connected to someone you trust with proven success in an area you need help in. Silently means you are following them, you're on their list, you read their emails and newsletter AND you TAKE action. I have specific people I listen to just to jump start my creative flow. I may not have their email or phone number but I have their resources.

Active mentors those who you're either invested in their program, have access to them and can reach out to them for direct and immediate assistance.

And Lastly

This isn't really my last tip but I wanted to give you the ones you can take action on right away!

3. Leverage Your Skills - You might be approaching it all wrong. I know, I say this ALL the time, but I will continue to be an 80's record on repeat (because 80's babies do it best lol) I kid I kid. Kinda...

YOU are the value, not your book, your business, your product, your service or your idea. Find ways to cross partner on projects. Notice I didn't say collaboration. I said projects: a short term venture where you leverage YOU into the agreement to move the profitability needle.

**make a list of 10 people for projects and ideas of how your skills can bring value to them**

Now you should do all 3 of these this week, but I just want to know on a scale of 1-5 how likely you are to do it?

1 being, this is good stuff but I'm probably not going to do it

5 being I'm definitely taking action on this information.

I think I've talked enough for this Sunday note. My hope is that, I inspired you for this week, specifically in the area of your business. Reply with your number (that was not hypothetical question, on a scale of 1-5, are you taking action this week?)

Your partner in purpose, planning and profit,

Crisha

P.S. I'm back from my mid year reset and it's go time from now until December. So if you're ready to be purposeful and profitable continue to stay connected.

The Trip That Re-Introduced Me To Myself

I almost didn’t go. The Entrepreneur Speaker Experience with my coach, mentor, and partner in success Marcus Y. Rosier was just days away, and life had been life-ing. We booked my ticket last minute, unsure if I could really make it. But I went…and I’m so glad I did. Because every time I travel, my worldview stretches. I don’t just see the people I’m called to serve; I get to meet a new version of me. When the host announced, “Coach Crisha is in the building,” the room erupted. Our clients...

Hey Reader, I know my Sunday note subject today probably has you curious. You're wondering, what are we going to do next? How is this even connected to purposeful inspiration this week. My mentor says "people invite you to do on their stage, what they see you doing on your own." Marcus Y. Rosier But....How on earth are you going to host your own event? What is this going to cost? Who will speak? What venue will you use? What will you say? I tend to always push people out of fixed mindsets....

Reader, another new week is ahead! Relationships matter; they’re an essential part of life. I think back to all those songs from the 90s and 2000s about being independent, as if it were a badge of honor. Quotes that said you didn't need anyone, only me, myself and I, that aren't founded in strong core values. But real strength lies in the truth that we are designed to be interdependent. When I got back from vacation, I had a rough week. My dad suddenly fell ill with a viral infection, which I...
